We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience in Accident Benefits (AB), Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), and Small Claims Court matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Independently manage Accident Benefits files, including settlement negotiations.
- Handle LTB and Small Claims Court matters from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
- Manage deadlines, hearings, and case files.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and file management skills.
- Experience in Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) proceedings and immigration matters will be considered an asset.
Job Type: Full time Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
