We serve a diverse population of community members, university students, and athletes of all ages and activity levels.We are currently seeking a skilled and energetic Sports Medicine Physician to join our agile team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment alongside experienced clinicians, including world-renowned sports medicine physician Dr. David Levy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct clinical assessments, diagnoses,



and non-surgical treatment for musculoskeletal injuries.Collaborate with physiotherapists and other specialists to develop personalized treatment plans using the best evidence creative medical care practices.Oversee and administer musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided interventional therapies injections (including hyaluronic acid preparations).Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.QualificationsMedical degree (MD).SEM fellowship trained and Diploma preferred.License to practice in Ontario and full malpractice insurance.In good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.Experience in interventional procedures is considered an asset.What We OfferA collaborative, forward-thinking clinical environment with additional services such as Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy, Registered Dietician, Pedorthist, bracing and hydrotherapy.Overhead
