Pan Glo, a division of Bundy Baking Solutions, is seeking two reliable Part-Time Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Hawkesbury, ON.

For nearly 50 years, Pan Glo has been the global leader in industrial bakeware refurbishment, serving the world’s largest commercial bakeries. In this role, you will operate and maintain specialized equipment used in our proprietary pan cleaning and reglazing process. You will ensure production runs efficiently while upholding our high quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the cleaning, stacking, handling, and movement of baking pans in accordance with company sanitation, safety, and quality standards.
- Inspect baking pans for cleanliness and damage, reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Record production data, equipment readings, and operational information accurately.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating machinery or equipment preferred.




- Ability to read and understand operating procedures and safety instructions (French and English).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Working Conditions

- Shift work, overtime, weekends, or holidays.
- Exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, or other industrial conditions.
- Compliance with all company policies and safety procedures is required.

Pay: $17.95 per hour
