J & C Commercial Cleaning Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to join our team at a large church facility in Ottawa.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is looking for consistent early-morning hours.
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, meeting rooms and common areas
- Clean and disinfect assigned washrooms
- Maintain the main lobby and entrance areas
- Clean entrance glass, doors and high-touch surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Clean library and designated shared spaces
- Complete daily cleaning checklists using our employee app
- Report maintenance concerns and supply shortages
- Reliable transportation for 6:00 AM starts
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone for daily check-ins and cleaning checklists
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting and standing
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete a background check
