- $150,000-$160,000 (annualized), standard benefits and vacation We are seeking a hands‑on, technically robust accounting professional for a critical engagement. The primary mandate is to own the integrity of their financial reporting, controls, and investor/lender reporting. This is a hands‑on Director / Controller‑level role reporting directly to the CFO, with real exposure across development entities, funds, valuations, financings, and tax. This position will offer high‑level exposure to capital markets, debt management, financial accounting and planning, and operational restructuring. Investor, lender,
