Responsibilities
- Coordinate parts purchasing and procurement to support company needs.
- Maintain accurate parts and purchasing records through data entry.
- Support sourcing activities and communicate with suppliers as needed.
- Track parts availability and assist with supply chain coordination.
- Respond to parts-related requests and support customer service.
- Qualifications
- Relevant: Purchasing and procurement skills.
- Relevant: Understanding of supply chain coordination.
- Relevant: Accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Preferred: Sourcing, supplier negotiation, or demand planning knowledge.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing environments.
