S.A. Cole Industrial Inc. is a Canadian-owned and operated lift truck and material handling business serving the Greater Toronto Area. We have a full time Mon-Fri day shift opening for a Parts & Service Coordinator

This position involves daily scheduling and support for our material handling equipment fleet and service staff needs.

Your responsibilities will entail:

- Coordinate the ordering, receiving, stocking, and delivery of parts to ensure technicians have what they need for timely repairs.
- Maintain shop supplies and monitor asset and part inventory levels; process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as required.
- Open, update, and close work orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Maintain organized records and reports on asset and parts inventory, service schedules, equipment history, and parts usage.
- Support compliance with company policies, warranty processes, and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills and a clear,



professional communication style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in written communications, order tracking, and documentation.
- Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment parts, service procedures, and maintenance practices is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.
- Must have the ability to operate heavy machinery
- Must have the ability to lift 50lbs
- Must have a clean driving abstract

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
