About Us

Sage Naturopathic Clinic is a busy, patient-focused multidisciplinary clinic with four locations looking for a confident, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. You’ll often be the first voice and face our patients meet, so you’ll play a big role in their experience with us.

What You’ll Do

- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and handle them with warmth and professionalism
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments, guiding patients through changes smoothly and with care
- Greet and check in patients, keeping the front desk running efficiently
- Manage the daily schedule to keep the clinic organized and on time
- Prioritize competing tasks and delegate where needed during busy periods
- Coordinate with clinical staff to keep patient care seamless
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Front desk experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Confident and comfortable on the phone,



including conversations about rescheduling or changes
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Transparent, friendly communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bonus Points

- Sales or customer service experience, especially in presenting options to clients or patients

Job Details

- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Hours: 30–40 hours per week
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Firm schedule TBD, but Monday-Friday
