Use Kroll expertise as a Pharmacy Assistant L2 at CareRx’s Burlington location, supporting medication deliveries for LTC Homes and Retirement Communities.
This on-site position follows a five-day workweek within CareRx’s Pharmacy team. You will enter prescriptions, process refills, complete billing adjudications, and support daily operations under Pharmacy Standards of Practice. The role requires organized, detail-focused work across pharmacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter prescriptions and client information in Kroll
- Process refill prescriptions through Kroll Pharmacy software
- Complete third-party adjudications for prescription billing
- Deliver labels to production before scheduled deliveries
- Respond to nurses’ phone inquiries with solid customer service
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Assistant experience or accredited program certification preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of Kroll and eMAR systems
- Competency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to operate PACMed and PACVision machines
- Strong numeracy, organization, and multitasking abilities
