This Personal Insurance Advisor role supports new and existing clients across ongoing insurance needs. You will advise on coverage, write new business, process policy changes, and maintain client relationships. The position also includes insurer documentation, underwriting communication, training, and community marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Process renewals, changes, certificates, and client applications
- Sell new policies and retain existing business




- Contact underwriters and adjusters about policy guidelines
- Process accounts receivable activities and answer inquiries

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Strong customer focus and qualified communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
