BN Life Care Physiotherapy is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, well-organized, and comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative operations.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajax and the Durham Region.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists with prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records, complete documentation, and update treatment notes as required.
- Perform front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and answering phone calls.
- Manage patient billing, process payments, and assist with insurance-related paperwork.
- Keep the clinic clean, organized,



and welcoming for patients and staff.

Qualifications and Skills
- PTA or OTA/PTA education is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience working in a physiotherapy clinic is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Jane App is preferred.
- A professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care.
