We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our Italian restaurant.
Requirements and responsibilities
- At least 1 year of experience making Italian-style pizza.
- Ability to stretch pizza dough by hand. We do not use pizza screens.
- Confidence using a pizza peel to load, turn and remove pizzas.
- Experience baking pizza directly on the oven deck in a gas-fired pizza oven.
- Prepare dough, toppings and the pizza station for service.
- Maintain consistent quality and keep the station clean and organized.
- Work efficiently and communicate well with the kitchen team during busy services.
Availability: Full availability for lunch and dinner shifts on weekdays and weekends is required. Your approximately 30 weekly hours will be scheduled within these service periods according to restaurant needs.
