Operate skid steers for Park Landscape Group’s winter snow management across Alberta, using specialized attachments and mobile site technology. Work outdoors during snow events.

As a Winter Services Skid Steer Operator, you will clear commercial, industrial, and residential properties. The work requires commercial snow removal experience, attachment proficiency, hazard awareness, and strict safety practices. You will also inspect equipment, maintain transparent communication, and support sidewalk crews when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate skid steers with blades, pushers, buckets, or sweepers
- Clear parking lots, roadways, drive lanes, and access points
- Stack and pile snow to maximize available parking space
- Complete inspections, fluid checks, greasing, cleaning,



and troubleshooting
- Log time, site completion, maintenance, and safety information digitally

Requirements:

- Two or more years operating skid steers in commercial snow removal
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Proficiency operating pushers, blades, buckets, and brooms
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds outdoors
- Flexible on-call availability for snow events and required PPE
