and classroom ratios during the critical ramp-up period of a new center Ensure implementation of a developmental, multicultural curriculum that supports skill progression and social development across all classrooms Guide staff in assessing and recording child growth and observations in Teacher Strategies Gold Partner with families to build strong communication and drive enrollment as the center establishes itself in the community
