The Land & Building Team Member is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of MBRP's buildings and properties. This role primarily involves completing company errands, property maintenance, and general upkeep, as well as assisting with routine safety inspections and identifying maintenance or safety concerns. The position provides support across the company to help ensure our facilities, grounds, and equipment remain protected, clean, functional, and well maintained. This will be a Monday to Friday role, hours will be 7AM-3PM with 40 minutes of paid breaks. Clean drivers abstract is required. AI is not used at any stage of the recruiting process. This posting is for an existing vacancy.Job Specific Duties:Shunt product from building to buildingAssist with local shop supply purchasing requestsMonitor and replenish First Aid Stations, as requiredMonitor and coordinate other emergency equipment replenishment/service such as Fire Extinguishers, Pest service, Eye Wash, Fire Blanket, Defibrillator.Maintain current cross reference data for all jig and laser cut storage areasGeneral property upkeep including snow blowing, snowplowing,
