The Manager, Recreation leads service delivery while planning activities that reflect resident interests, needs, and desires. This senior role includes recreation therapy, outings, volunteer coordination, and community communication. You will also support team development, resident satisfaction, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Recreation team in excellent service delivery
- Assess and provide recreation therapy activities and outings
- Modify programs according to changing resident needs




- Coordinate volunteer and student placement programs
- Resolve resident and family concerns promptly

Requirements:

- Degree in Recreation or Leisure Studies with Gerontology courses
- Three to five years planning recreation for seniors
- Three or more years in a leadership role
- CCAA, CANFIT PRO, or comparable fitness certification
- Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance and vaccine policy compliance
