You will coordinate temporary kiosk operations, support gift certificate sales, and manage associates across multiple locations. The position requires sales, scheduling, inventory, complaint handling, and launch support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train and coach kiosk associates
- Plan schedules and manage unforeseen situations
- Coordinate inventory and order management
- Handle complaints and special requests
- Prepare weekly incentive reports and support launches

Requirements:

- Three years' experience in relevant service, sales, or administration fields
- One year of team management experience
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual French and English communication
- Ability to travel quickly between kiosks and stand for long periods
