As a Product Analyst, you will study how HOA and condo management companies use STAN. You will identify adoption gaps, analyze conversations, and improve data quality. Your findings will guide Customer Success, Product, Sales, Engineering, and AI improvement priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze product usage across customers and communities
- Build customer health and adoption scores
- Analyze resident and manager conversations with STAN’s AI
- Audit, clean, and standardize customer data
- Build dashboards and customer-facing reports

Requirements:

- Three to six years in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
- Solid SQL and Python or R experience
- Dashboard experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Experience cleaning data from multiple sources
- Clear communication with non-technical teams and leadership
