Deliver high-intensity CBT through Ontario Structured Psychotherapy across York Region and South Simcoe, using assessment and virtual or in-person therapy.

CMHA-YRSS seeks a permanent High Intensity CBT Clinician for its free-to-access OSP program. The Therapy Focused Clinician treats mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and related conditions. Weekly 60-minute sessions follow CBT protocols spanning 12 to 20 sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide treatment and triage or intake assessments
- Deliver weekly 60-minute CBT therapy sessions
- Use telephone, virtual, and in-person modalities
- Apply OSP clinical guidelines and CBT protocols
- Provide individual and group CBT interventions

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in health, mental health, or social services
- Positive-standing membership in an eligible Ontario regulated college
- Minimum three years’ individual CBT experience preferred
- Strong assessment skills and psychotherapy knowledge
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and $1,000,000 insurance
