You will manage café operations, prepare meeting rooms, support colleagues, and coordinate workplace requests. The role suits someone service-driven, adaptable, and confident engaging with diverse colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms guest-ready
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and coordinate café operations
- Conduct floor checks and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, or repairs
- Guide colleagues through workstations, seating zones,
and workplace hubs
- Support events through setup, catering coordination, and room resets
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Solid organizational skills for managing competing priorities
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfort standing and staying active for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds
