The Customer Success & Commercial Coordinator connects customers with Sales, Production, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Engineering, and Operations. You will coordinate inquiries, quotations, order updates, quality concerns, and commercial records while strengthening customer relationships. Requirements:

- Three to five years in customer service or commercial coordination
- Manufacturing environment experience, preferably forging or metalworking
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting tools
