CarePartners seeks part-time Community Nurses in Owen Sound, delivering in-person care through clinical expertise, IV therapy, and wound care. Weekend availability is included.

Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses support patients through CarePartners nursing clinics and surrounding community areas. You will work within your full nursing scope while developing care plans and providing a wide spectrum of clinical services. This opportunity includes four- to six-hour days, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain effective community health care plans
- Provide exceptional nursing services to patients in person
- Deliver compression therapy, oncology support, and hydration management
- Perform IV therapy, ostomy, wound, and catheter care




- Complete other clinical duties as required

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration in positive standing
- Current CPR certification and immunization record
- Two-step TB test, vulnerable sector, and background checks
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
