This hands-on role develops content about men’s fit, styling, product education, culture, and everyday life. It combines editorial judgment, copywriting, production coordination, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish a distinctive social-first content approach
- Develop editorial concepts and recurring content franchises
- Manage content pipelines, calendars, publishing, and optimization
- Coordinate creators, shoots, and cross-functional production




- Use insights to improve engagement and content effectiveness

Requirements:

- Three to five or more years in social media or content marketing
- Experience managing social channels and always-on calendars
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, trends, and content formats
- Solid copywriting, briefing, editing, and collaboration skills
- Experience with email, web, analytics, or publishing tools
