Develop SaaS training materials and deliver client education from Clearview’s hybrid remote model, serving internal and external customers. Help users maximize restaurant management software.

As a Training Specialist, you will develop, deliver, and manage initiatives supporting Clearview clients and internal teams. The work includes user guides, tutorials, multimedia presentations, webinars, workshops, and in office sessions. You will adapt content for different audiences and learning levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create user guides, tutorials, and multimedia presentations
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and on-site training sessions
- Maintain recorded training sessions for on-demand access
- Coordinate schedules and prioritize training requests
- Improve programs using feedback and assessment results

Requirements:

- Proven Training Specialist experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with virtual training platforms and tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
