Serve Diamond Valley customers through insurance quotes, home and auto policies, and relationship-focused sales at Western Financial Group. This full-time role offers 35 hours weekly.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will meet sales targets through quotes and new-business referrals. You will help customers purchase home and auto policies while building lasting relationships. Western Financial Group provides applicable training for the right unlicensed candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quotes and sell new policies through multiple channels
- Assist customers purchasing home and auto insurance policies
- Build customer relationships while meeting insurance sales targets
- Follow up on client accounts and resolve outstanding activities




- Complete recent-business and existing-customer renewal calls

Requirements:

- Professional communication in person, by phone, and email
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs proficiently
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in comparable roles
- General Level 1 Insurance License considered an asset
- Working experience with EPIC considered an asset
