Manage high-volume order releases with Deposco and warehouse systems at Detroit Axle’s full time, in-person Mississauga facility.

This experienced Order Wave Release Supervisor coordinates fulfillment operations and warehouse teams. The position emphasizes order processing, inventory allocation, WMS transactions, and shipping deadlines. You will help ensure accurate, timely order flow across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily order wave releases using Deposco or other WMS
- Prioritize orders by deadlines, inventory, and warehouse capacity
- Monitor queues, released waves, backorders, and incomplete orders
- Coordinate workflow with Picking and Warehouse Supervisors
- Resolve allocation errors, discrepancies, and processing delays

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience
- At least one year of warehouse lead or supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certificate with practical operating experience
- Hands-on order wave release or fulfillment systems experience
- Strong WMS, inventory, organizational, and analytical skills
