with responsibility for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, job costing, inventory control, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.The role will also support project financing, lender relationships, housing funding programs, and the continued development of financial systems and processes.Key responsibilities will include:Monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting and analysisBudgeting, forecasting and cash flow planningWIP reporting, job costing and project financial analysisOversight of AR/AP, payroll-by-job, reconciliations and month-end closeMonitoring project costs, margins, invoices, change orders, progress billings and holdbacksOversight of inventory valuation, purchasing controls, vendor terms and related processesDeveloping and implementing strong internal controls and financial workflowsProviding oversight and support to bookkeeping personnelSupporting CMHC and other housing funding applications, compliance requirements, draws and reportingSupporting
