Work remotely for Dynacare as a Tele-Interviewer, using telephone interviewing and customer service skills to document insurance applicants’ medical histories.

This contract part-time position is based in Brampton, Ontario, with paid training and scheduled evening and Saturday hours. You will complete inbound and outbound tele-interviews for insurance applicants. The work requires accurate documentation, questionnaire adherence, and respectful communication during sensitive calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete scheduled telephone interviews with insurance applicants
- Collect and document lifestyle and medical history details
- Follow questionnaires verbatim during applicant calls
- Submit completed questionnaires promptly after interviews




- Conduct follow-up, inbound, and outbound calls

Requirements:

- Relevant college diploma or post-secondary education
- At least one year of customer service experience
- High-volume call centre transcription experience
- Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams proficiency
- Medical terminology knowledge is an asset
