- Work closely with Technology, Design, and business stakeholders to shape requirements, define success criteria, test and deliver high-quality product solutions that are valuable, feasible, and user-centered.
- Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering alignment across teams.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of Product Management experience, including B2B or consumer-facing products
- Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights into high-impact product opportunities aligned to OKRs, then translate them into clear product requirements
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience building strong relationships and collaborating with people from different backgrounds across cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders
- Experience using AI to improve workflows and writing specs that humans and AI coding agents can both execute
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence without authority, building buy-in for change through empathy and persuasion, while staying resilient and pragmatic when change happens gradually
- A strong user-centric mindset and passion for understanding user needs and solving meaningful problems
- Creative and open-minded approach, comfortable challenging the status quo and navigating ambiguity

- Are naturally curious, with a genuine desire to learn, ask questions, and understand how things work.
