Ice Cream Cake Manufacturing | Full Training Provided

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our ice cream cake production team!

Our facility specializes in manufacturing ice cream cakes in a fast-paced, food-safe production environment. We operate under SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards, with a strong commitment to food safety, product quality, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

- Assembling ice cream cakes on a production line.
- Operating and assisting with production machinery and equipment.
- Preparing cake components and materials for assembly.
- Packaging and preparing finished ice cream cakes.
- Monitoring products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Following established procedures in accordance with our SQF food safety program.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience is an asset, but not required. Full on-site training is provided! Additional Qualifications (Assets, Not Requirements)

The following training, certifications, or experience would be considered an advantage:

- Food Handler Certification / Food Safety Training




- WHMIS Certification
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Training
- HACCP or SQF Food Safety Awareness
- Previous food manufacturing or production line experience
- Machine operation or manufacturing equipment experience

Don't have these certifications? No problem! We provide the necessary on-site training to help employees perform their duties safely and effectively. Compensation & Wage Progression

We believe in recognizing employee commitment, performance, and growth through a structured wage review program.

- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
- 6-Month Review: $0.50/hour wage increase following a successful performance review, bringing the hourly rate to $17.50.
- 12-Month Review: An additional $0.50/hour wage increase following a successful performance review, bringing the hourly rate to $18.00.
- Annual Reviews Thereafter: Employees receive yearly performance and wage reviews, with opportunities for continued wage increases based on performance and development.

Our structured wage progression provides employees with the opportunity to grow from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour within their first year, with opportunities for continued wage growth.
