Join the Integrity team and take your career to the next level! We’ve been painting Winnipeg since 1991. That’s over 35 years of surviving Manitoba winters—which basically makes us a century old in "painting company years." If you’re looking for the stability that only three plus decades of experience can provide, you’ve found the right place.

We are looking for an experienced painter to join our crew at Integrity Painting. This is a year-round, full-time position with a company that has built a reputation for excellence across the city. The Perks

• Stability: Full-time, year-round work. No seasonal layoffs.

- Pay: Competitive wage of 22.00 to 26.00 per hour based on experience.
- Reputation: Work for a company that has been a Winnipeg staple for over 35 years.
- Culture: A supportive team mentality where we succeed together.

The Role There’s a ton of variety here. You won't just be rolling walls; you’ll be using your expertise across: • Interior and exterior painting for Residential and Commercial.

• Deck and fence staining. • Minor carpentry and stucco repairs. • Mentoring junior painters and helping the team excel on-site.

What You Bring • Experience: 3 plus years of skilled painting experience is required. • Versatility: You take pride in doing it right the first time across various surfaces and environments. • Drive: You thrive in a quick-paced environment and enjoy the satisfaction of a project you can be proud of. • Reliability: A valid driver's license and a team-first attitude.

We are growing fast and looking for passionate people who want to grow with us. Our team supports each other, believing that our greatest success is achieved together. If you’re a pro looking for a team that has more staying power than a high-end primer, we want to meet you! Apply today with your resume and let’s get to work.
