This position will primarily support the efforts of the Corporate Commercial lawyers at the firm, assisting with the completion of Financing documents, Securities opinions, Limited Partnership matters and providing subject‑matter expertise in corporate searches, filings, and documents. Assisting is a key part of the secured financing transactions group on all facets of secured financing transactions, including, but not limited to, preparing loan security, and supporting documentation, conducting due diligence searches, and completing due diligence reports, reviewing, and registering security, including in land titles and the personal property registry and all correspondence and ancillary communications.
