Multi Residential Supply is looking for an organized, proactive Project Coordinator with solid knowledge of multi-unit renovations and apartment turnovers to support our Project Manager.

Your main focus will be ordering materials, following up with suppliers, and ensuring each project receives the right materials on time. You’ll also coordinate deliveries, contractors, and disposal bins to keep projects moving.

What you’ll do

- Order materials for each project based on approved scopes and material lists.
- Review material requirements and identify missing items before they delay work.
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, quantities, and delivery dates.
- Track orders and resolve shortages, backorders, incorrect items, and returns.
- Schedule deliveries around project timelines and contractor needs.
- Check delivery lists with the delivery driver before dispatch to verify materials, quantities, and project locations.
- Confirm deliveries are completed and follow up on missing or damaged items.
- Coordinate contractor schedules, site access, and material availability.
- Arrange disposal bin deliveries, exchanges, and pickups.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, material lists, and delivery records.




- Keep the Project Manager informed of progress and potential delays.

What we’re looking for

- Strong working knowledge of multi-residential renovations and unit turnovers is required.
- A solid understanding of renovation materials, trade sequencing, and what contractors need at each stage of a project.
- Experience ordering cabinets, flooring, bathroom fixtures, doors, trim, and other renovation supplies.
- Previous experience in project coordination, purchasing, or construction operations.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- The ability to manage material orders and schedules across multiple units and projects.
- Clear, professional communication with suppliers, contractors, drivers, and clients.
- Confidence using email, Excel, and digital tracking tools.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to visit project sites when needed.

We’re looking for someone who understands the renovation process, takes ownership of material orders, and follows through until deliveries are complete and accounted for. Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
