Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates project teams, schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication to help ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with project requirements. The ideal candidate brings construction experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to interpret plans and technical documents.

Duties

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and other stakeholders throughout each project.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and risks; identify issues early and coordinate practical solutions.
- Review plans, specifications, blueprints, schematics, and related construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support construction estimating, including reviewing quantities, labor, materials, and project requirements.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, submittals, RFIs, meeting notes, and closeout materials.
- Use construction management software and project tools to organize records, track progress,



and share updates.
- Coordinate scheduling and project controls
- Review and mark up drawings
- Where applicable, coordinate with estimating and civil design tools
- Conduct project meetings and communicate clear action items, deadlines, and status updates.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure project activities follow applicable plans, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Practical construction experience and familiarity with construction processes, project phases, and field coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Experience with construction estimating and project scheduling
- Solid time management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
