Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion with Marsh Risk in Vancouver, using strategic sales and Property & Casualty expertise. This hybrid role requires at least three office days weekly.

As a Producer on Marsh’s Growth team, you will grow a mid-sized book of business across larger or nuanced Property & Casualty accounts. The work combines account management, market research, proposal development, and custom solutions. You will engage CFOs, Treasury, Finance, and Legal professionals while supporting complex, high-priority accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and expand a mid-sized Property & Casualty book

Develop sales strategies for managed accounts

Research markets and identify relationship needs





Prepare competitive proposals using project and market data

Develop compliant custom product solutions

Requirements: Experience managing and growing insurance business books

Success acquiring current logos and expanding client relationships

Strong strategic sales and account management skills

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
