This role leads a team of analysts or coordinators and works cross-functionally with Facilities, Finance, Projects, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service delivery alignment with business needs.The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and data-driven decision-making to support a high-performing and efficient real estate function.Job DescriptionLead and support a team responsible for real estate operations, ensuring high performance, accountability,



and professional developmentOversee day-to-day operational activities across the corporate real estate portfolio, including coordination with Facilities and Property ManagementMonitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.G., occupancy costs, service levels, utilization, vendor performance)Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting, dashboards, and portfolio dataDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, processes, and data qualityPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control initiativesCollaborate with Projects, Workplace, and Real Estate teams to support portfolio changes, moves, and capital projectsManage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and contractual obligationsSupport strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, and cost-saving programsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or service delivery roles2+ years of experience leading projects or initiativesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlinesStrong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skillsPreferred QualificationsProject management certification (PMP)Experience leading cross‑functional or enterprise‑wide initiativesFamiliarity with operational governance and change management practicesAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you...100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services)Health spending
