Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with a strong background in manual testing and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and systems. The ideal candidate has extensive general QA experience and can become productive quickly in an unfamiliar technical environment.

The role involves testing client-side and server-side software, Android tablet devices, and potentially third-party backend integrations and specialized hardware. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite, preferably in Winnipeg, where most of the testing hardware is located.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of client-side and server-side software applications.
- Test applications on Android tablets and other client devices.
- Learn new systems, applications, and technical environments quickly.




- Develop and execute test cases, document results, and report defects.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform regression testing, and verify bug fixes.
- Support integration testing involving third-party backend systems and specialized hardware, as needed.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure software quality and functionality.

Required Qualifications

- Approximately 8+ years of QA testing experience , preferably with a robust focus on manual testing.
- Strong understanding of general QA processes, test case execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and systems quickly.
