We are looking for a senior engineering leader with 10+ years of production software engineering experience to work directly with senior stakeholders at a large financial institution. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on enterprise‑scale engineering transformation, automation, and platform modernization.The ideal candidate comes from a strong software engineering background with experience in production systems, Dev Sec Ops, SDLC automation, and agentic enterprise systems, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise engineering transformation in a regulated banking environmentAutomate end‑to‑end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processesDesign and implement Dev Sec Ops pipelines and automation frameworksImprove engineering productivity through automation of:Testing and deployment workflowsRelease and governance processesDesign and implement context‑aware systems (Context Engineering) for enterprise use casesBuild and support enterprise AI / agent‑based systems (beyond chatbots)Work on Agentic RAG systems in production environmentsConfigure and implement the Harness platform for CI/CD, deployment governance,
