Maintain production equipment in person at High Liner Foods’ Lunenburg plant using mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance skills.

This full-time unionized Journeyman Millwright position supports Lunenburg Operations within a production workplace. You will perform general mechanical work, use hand and powered tools, and complete in-house training before receiving a shift assignment by seniority. The schedule includes eight-hour shifts, rotating shifts, and weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and maintain production equipment and machinery
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks
- Perform general mechanical work in production
- Use hand and powered tools safely
- Complete other projects and duties as required

Requirements:

- Journeyman Millwright certification
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Follow instruction manuals and troubleshoot equipment
- Inspect machinery for pinch points and safety hazards
- Work rotating shifts and maintain plant safety
