This role is focused strictly on lead generation, not direct sales. Roofing Insulation Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned neighborhoods across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland. Generate and book qualified leads for inspections, estimates, or consultations. Educate homeowners on available services without high-pressure sales tactics. Previous door-to-door canvassing, appointment setting, or direct customer engagement experience preferred. Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods in various weather conditions. Comfortable with month-to-month contract structure. Training Full training provided on company services, lead qualification, and communication scripts.
