Talent Montessori School is seeking passionate, professional, experienced educators to join our growing team For INFANT HEAD TEACHER

1. RECE / Montessori Certified Teachers

Hourly Rate: $25–$30 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or Montessori Certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a childcare or Montessori setting.
- Excellent English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong knowledge of child development, classroom management, and Montessori philosophy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Passionate, reliable, caring, and dedicated to early childhood education.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily classroom activities and routines in alignment with Montessori principles and infant development needs.
- Provide attentive childcare, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and maintaining consistent sleep and care routines.
- Observe and document children’s development, interests, and progress; use observations to guide individualized learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom and follow applicable health and safety practices.
- Communicate respectfully and regularly with families about children’s routines, milestones, and classroom experiences.
- Support children with varied developmental needs,



including children with disabilities, and collaborate with families and specialists as appropriate.
- Provide classroom leadership, help organize materials and schedules, and support a positive, collaborative team setting.
- Complete classroom records and written communications accurately and use basic computer systems for documentation and communication.

Skills

- Experience working with children, preferably in childcare, an infant classroom, or an early childhood education setting.
- Teaching experience and classroom experience; Montessori experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of infant care, child development, and early childhood education practices.
- Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and writing skills.
- English proficiency required; French or bilingual abilities are welcome.
- Computer skills, including basic computer operation and digital recordkeeping.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage classroom routines.
- Leadership skills, sound judgment, patience, and a warm, dependable approach to working with children and families.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
