IRIS STE-ROSE is looking for a Receptionist or Receptionist Assistant

Experience in the optical field is a plus, but not required. You’ll receive on-the-job training!

25 hours or more per week,

2 evenings per week (We close at 8:00 p.m.)

Every other Saturday or every third Saturday The main responsibilities of a receptionist/assistant are as follows:

- Greet customers in a professional, courteous, and attentive manner
- Conduct preliminary tests prior to eye exams
- Complete the pre-exam questionnaire with the patient




- Prepare patient files

- Has experience in customer service
- Has an interest in the field of optics
- Experience in optics is a plus
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is cheerful
- Is comfortable using computers
- Is able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Is self-reliant, resourceful, and motivated
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

Evening schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (until 8:00 PM)

Weekend schedule: Saturday (until 1:00 PM)
