Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Send current hire packets, coordinate pre-employment testing, and keep everything on track. Track progress and manage onboarding status in the ATS. 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin (bonus if you’ve worked in transportation/logistics!). Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable managing ATS workflows and juggling multiple priorities.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English/French is a plus We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
