Stantec seeks a Regional Project Controls Lead for Infrastructure, Canada West. You will guide Project Controls teams, partner with business and operational leaders, and establish consistent regional practices. The work spans portfolio performance, resourcing, risk, financial management, and capability development.

Lead regional Project Controls teams and coordinate priorities

Partner on margin, risk, DSO, resourcing, and performance initiatives

Develop and implement project-controls frameworks, standards, and processes

Bachelor’s degree and minimum ten years of relevant experience

Advanced understanding of cost-based Earned Value Management

Shape Stantec’s regional project-controls strategy through governance, portfolio insight, team leadership, and executive-level recommendations. #
