If you’ve sold aviation MRO and you know how to win and grow high-trust accounts, Client is looking for a closer + relationship builder to help grow and support our US Customer base of PT6A operators.

Client is a Global MRO provider with over 40 years of experience supporting the Pratt and Whitney PT6A engine. Client has operations in Texas, Guatemala, Malaysia, and South Africa to support PT6A operators globally with best-in-class service and support for MRO, Engine Sales/Exchange, Engine Rental, and Parts.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with real runway: you’ll manage key accounts, hunt new business, and turn upcoming engine events into booked work. Our compensation is base plus commission and our current Regional Sales/Account Managers currently make anywhere from $150,000 to over $200,000 per year!

What you’ll own

- Grow territory revenue through new logo wins + account expansion

- Sell client solutions: Overhauls, HSI, Repairs,



Engine Sales/Exchanges, Rental Engines, and Parts

- Build a strong, clean pipeline and run a disciplined sales cadence

- Work directly with ops/technical teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

- Represent client with customers and at industry events (25–40% travel)

What you bring
- 5+ years in aviation sales / account management (MRO experience strongly preferred)

- Proven success in long-cycle, high-value deals

- Strong customer communication, follow-through, and urgency

- PT6A experience is a big plus

- CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
