Back Be Nimble Wellness Collective is a long-established, south Edmonton wellness clinic offering acupuncture, counselling, manual osteopathy, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and yoga. We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist with training and experience in Craniosacral Therapy to join our collaborative team.

⭐️ ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an RMT who has a special interest in craniosacral therapy, nervous system regulation, gentle manual therapy, and whole-person care.

This role would be a wonderful fit for a therapist who enjoys supporting clients with concerns such as stress, tension, headaches, chronic pain, trauma-informed bodywork needs, postural strain, nervous system dysregulation, and general wellness.

You will have the prospect to build your own caseload while also receiving referrals from our established client base and collaborative practitioner team.

⭐️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Care

- Provide high-quality massage therapy services within your scope of practice as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Offer craniosacral therapy and/or gentle manual therapy approaches based on your training, experience, and client needs.
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive treatment environment.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment plans, consent, boundaries, and expectations.
- Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate to support integrated, client-centred care.

Professional Practice

- Maintain active registration and good standing with your professional association.
- Carry professional liability insurance.
- Practise in accordance with professional standards, ethics,



privacy requirements, and clinic policies.
- Maintain appropriate continuing education related to massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and client care.
- Contribute positively to a warm, respectful, and collaborative clinic culture.

⭐️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized professional association
- Minimum 2,200-hour massage therapy diploma or equivalent.
- Training and experience in Craniosacral Therapy.
- A gentle, grounded, and client-centred approach to care.
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
- Interest in working within a multidisciplinary, holistic wellness environment.
- Someone who values professionalism, collaboration, integrity, and compassionate care.
- Trauma-informed training or experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with chronic pain, headaches, stress-related tension, or nervous system-focused work is considered an asset.
