Summary
As a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will provide personalized nursing care to clients in their homes. Your impact: attentive care and support can help clients manage their health while remaining comfortable and independent at home.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ care needs and provide appropriate nursing support.
- Deliver compassionate, personalized care in clients’ homes.
- Administer medications as appropriate to the care plan.
- Support clients’ dignity, independence and comfort.
- Communicate relevant care information with clients and their care team.
- Qualifications
- Required: Nursing knowledge and a commitment to quality patient care.
- Required: Ability to provide care in a home healthcare setting.
- Required: Knowledge of medication administration.
- Preferred: Experience supporting seniors or people living with dementia.
- Preferred: Case management, pain management or assisted living experience.
