Our client is seeking an Order Picker/Packer to join their team in Brampton, ON and Mississauga, ON. As an Order Picker/Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations team, supporting daily order fulfillment with accuracy, speed, and a strong commitment to safety. Job Title: Order Picker/Packer

Location: Brampton, ON and Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $18.95 - $19.20/hr

Shift: Picking and Packing shifts vary by department and location.

What's the Job?

- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
- Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

What's Needed?

- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Eligible for PIT certification if required.
- Commitment to safety standards and compliance, including steel toe boots and a high-visibility vest requirement.
