Support musculoskeletal rehabilitation at West Park Healthcare Centre as a Registered Nurse using comprehensive assessment and inter-professional care. Days and nights, temporary full-time. UHN seeks a Registered Nurse for the 3D - GFES & FSTH department at West Park Healthcare Centre. The position provides supportive, preventative, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative care. You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and participate in team planning.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate comprehensive professional nursing care Implement care using clinical knowledge and team input Educate patients, families, and community providers Participate in rounds, conferences, and care planning forums Mentor students and recent staff in rehabilitation nursing Requirements: Diploma in Nursing Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Experience with geriatric and frail senior populations Achieve 80% on required FIM certification examinations Computer literacy in word processing and Electronic Patient Record Bring rehabilitation nursing, patient education, and inter-professional collaboration to UHN’s West Park Healthcare Centre team.
