Fraser Health is hiring for its Rehabilitation team through approximately June 2027 or the incumbent’s return. You will provide patient and family-centered care, collaborating with an interprofessional team. The work includes diagnosis, prognosis, intervention planning, evaluation, consultation, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess communication, speech, voice, and swallowing abilities
- Establish diagnoses, prognoses, goals, and intervention strategies
- Implement treatment and educate patients and caregivers
- Evaluate outcomes and modify intervention strategies
- Document care and participate in team planning

Requirements:

- Current College of Health and Care Professionals of BC registration
- Applicable College certification
- Knowledge of communication and dysphagia standardized tests
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
